We all get tired of serving and eating the same old chicken dishes and we need to spice things up. So when you come home from work or take time away from chasing the kids around for 10 minutes to get dinner together, you need something simple and fast, but that isn’t the same old boring chicken.
Zest up your chicken with just a few easy ingredients. Mix a tablespoon of flour together with ¼ cup of Ranch dressing and place the mixture in a wide, shallow dish or bowl. Coat both sides of four boneless, skinless chicken breasts with the ranch and flour mixture and place them in a baking pan. In a separate bowl, combine ¼ cup parmesan cheese and ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the chicken breasts and bake them in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Serve the Cheesy Ranch Chicken with steamed broccoli or a garden salad.
